2014 Vendor/Exhibitor Information

This agreement is between the vendor/exhibitor, and the Lansing Juneteenth Committee. All vendors shall operate a booth on the premises of St. Joseph Park. The vendor will occupy the premises, Friday June 20, 2014 from 2:00 pm until closing. On Saturday, June 21, 2014 the festival will occur between the hours of 10:00 am till dusk.

Booth sizes vary based upon the amount of space and number of vendors attending. Oversize commercial tents and exhibits may be subject to additional fees. The Juneteenth Committee is not responsible for vendor tables. Generators are not permitted.

Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own set up equipment (such as tables and canopies). Vendors requiring electrical service will be charged a $25.00 fee for connection. Vendors with electrical needs greater than 110v or with other special needs will be assessed an additional fee, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Vendors/Exhibitors are welcome to decorate their area, as long as it is within good taste. The exhibit’s décor must reflect the integrity and moral values of the festival. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning his or her area once the event has concluded.

Failure to adhere to the festival rules and regulations for participation will result in closure of the booth. Products that promote or depict sexual, violent, criminal or profane themes are not permitted. The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the premises.
